Do you serve wedding gelato catering across Los Angeles and Southern California?
Yes. Our Los Angeles production lab serves the full LA metro area including Beverly Hills, Malibu, Santa Monica, Pasadena, West Hollywood, and the Hollywood Hills. How far in advance should we book for a Los Angeles wedding?
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks before your wedding. LA's wedding season peaks from May through October, and Malibu and Beverly Hills venues tend to book up quickly. For large celebrations or events requiring custom cart branding, a one-month lead time gives us the best window for personalization and coordination with your venue.
Is a deposit required to hold our Los Angeles wedding date?
Yes. Once your quote is approved, we hold the date with a deposit. The deposit amount depends on your package and guest count — we confirm the terms during the booking conversation. The remaining balance is due closer to your event date.
What gelato flavors are available for Los Angeles weddings?
Our full menu of 60+ flavors is made fresh daily in our Los Angeles lab. Popular choices for LA weddings include Pistachio di Bronte DOP, Hazelnut from Langhe, Stracciatella, Tiramisù, Salted Caramel, and Vanilla Bourbon. Vegan options include 13 plant-based flavors made with almond or oat base. Fruit sorbets — Mango, Passion Fruit, Lemon, Raspberry — are especially popular for outdoor California ceremonies.
Are vegan and kosher options available for LA weddings?
Yes. We offer 13 certified vegan gelato flavors and 10 fruit sorbets that are naturally dairy-free. Kosher-certified production is available on request — please mention it when you inquire so we can schedule the appropriate production batch. All gelato is made with no artificial colors or preservatives.

Absolutely. Full cart branding costs $1,500 and gives you a completely custom-wrapped cart matched to your palette and design. Logo branding is $500. Custom cup printing is $300 per set of 100.
