02 — How export works

From our Miami lab to your island.

Four steps, agreed in writing before anything ships.

01

Choose your products

Pick flavors and formats — 5 L tubs or single-serve cups, gelato and sorbet. Tell us your volume and how often you'd order.

02

Made & packed in Miami

Your order is produced in our Miami facility and held frozen at -18 °C until it leaves.

03

Hand-off in Miami

Tell us who your forwarder is in the form. Your export quote confirms how the hand-off in Miami works.

04

To your island

We confirm in writing how your order leaves Miami and who handles each leg to your island.

05 — FAQ

Before your first export order.

Do you ship to my island?

We ship frozen gelato from Miami to the islands listed above, except those marked “On request” (Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic), where we confirm the route first. If yours isn't listed, choose “Other” in the form and tell us your port — we'll check the route.

Who handles customs?

Import rules differ from island to island. Your quote states which documents we provide and what is handled at destination.

What is the minimum order?

Quoted for your island and route. Tell us your expected volume in the form and we'll quote the smallest practical shipment.

Can I use my own freight forwarder?

Tell us who your forwarder is in the form. Your export quote confirms how the hand-off in Miami works.

How do I pay?

Stated on your export quote.

How long does frozen gelato keep?

Gelato must be kept at -18 °C (0 °F) and never refrozen once thawed. We share the shelf life of each flavor with your quote.

Do you send samples?

Ask in the form — we'll tell you what's possible for your island.
